TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. QUOTATIONS & ORDERS

1.1. Quotations provided by L&L Marble and Granite Ltd. are based on preliminary drawings, estimates, or customer-supplied specifications and remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.

1.2. Final order pricing is subject to confirmation following mandatory on-site digital 3D laser templating or final verified architectural working drawings.

2. NATURAL STONE CHARACTERISTICS

2.1. Natural Variations: Natural stone products (including Marble, Granite, and Quartzite) are unique products of nature. Variations in color, veining, movement, pitting, and texture are inherent characteristics of natural stone and do not constitute material defects.

2.2. Slab Inspection: Clients are encouraged to inspect selected stone slabs at our Watford warehouse prior to CNC diamond cutting and fabrication.

3. TEMPLATING & SITE PREPARATION

3.1. Cabinetry Readiness: Base units, kitchen cabinets, and structural supports must be fully installed, level, securely fixed to walls, and capable of bearing heavy stone slab loads prior to templating.

3.2. Appliance Specs: Hobs, sinks, taps, and pop-up sockets must be present on site on the day of templating to ensure accurate cutout milling.

3.3. Once templating is complete, base units and wall structures must not be moved or adjusted prior to installation.

4. FABRICATION & INSTALLATION

4.1. Fabrication (cutting, mitred edge profiling, sink cutout milling, and hand polishing) is carried out at our Watford facility using 5-axis CNC diamond technology.

4.2. On-site installation is performed by experienced L&L technicians. Clear and safe access to the installation area must be provided by the client or main contractor on the agreed installation date.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & TITLE

5.1. A deposit is required upon order confirmation to reserve stone slabs and schedule 3D laser templating.

5.2. Final balance payment is due upon installation completion unless credit terms have been formally agreed in writing for established trade accounts.

5.3. Title to all supplied stone materials remains with L&L Marble and Granite Ltd. until full payment is received in cleared funds.
